The Democratic Women's Council of Conejo Valley will hold a Valentine's Day brunch at 10 a.m. Sat., Feb. 14 at Mandevilla restaurant, 951 S. Westlake Blvd., Westlake Village.

Speaker Ellen Lubic will give a report on the progress of Healthcare for All in California.

Members who attended the inauguration of President Obama will also discuss their experiences.
