Meeting topic will be eating disorders

A free event is planned for national Eating Disorder Awareness Week from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tues., Feb. 24 at the Grant Brimhall/T.O. Library community room, 1401 E. Janss Road, T.O. The staff of the Rader Programs will present an interactive, experiential event to help people understand what it feels like to walk in the shoes of a person who suffers from an eating disorder.

Participants will get a new perspective on eating disorders. Families and friends of those with eating disorders are invited.

Gym teachers and health center counselors can pick up free literature on eating disorders.
