Low-income residents and seniors can get help in filing tax returns

The city of Thousand Oaks lends support to the Conejo Recreation and Park District's Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), which provides free income tax assistance to local seniors and low-income residents of Conejo Valley.
Assistance is available 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays through Fri., April 10 at the Goebel Senior Adult Center, 1385 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks, and 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesdays at the Newbury Park Branch Library, 2331 Borchard Road, Newbury Park.
