A Valentine's Day concert will be presented at 8 p.m. Sat., Feb. 14 at Samuelson Chapel, California Lutheran University, 60 W. Olsen Road, Thousand Oaks.

Elmer Ramsey with his trumpet and orchestra will perform music from the big band era, such as Artie Shaw, Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey and Count Basie. Ramsey is a CLU professor emeritus of music.

The program will include love songs from World War II.

Featured artists are Daniel Geeting on clarinet and vocalists Chris Feeney and Nancy Osborne.

Admission is $20 adults and $10 students. CLU students, faculty and administration are free. Tickets will be sold at the door, cash or check only.
