The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: A female, 44, at 11:20 p.m. Jan. 20 in the first block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a male, 38, at 11:45 p.m. Jan. 20 in the first block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a male, 23, at 7:10 p.m. Jan. 22 on Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Conejo School Road (subject was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run accident that caused injuries to other people); a male, 43, at 2:04 a.m. Jan. 25 at St. Charles Drive and McCloud Avenue; a male, 30, at 7 p.m. Jan .25 at Hillcrest Drive and Rancho Road; a female, 21, at 2:20 a.m. Jan. 26 in the 600 block of Calle Tulipan; and a male, 55, at 11:15 p.m. Jan. 26 in the 900 block of Westcreek Lane.

On suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: A male, 22, at 11 p.m. Jan. 17 at Hillcrest Drive and Rancho Road; a male, 41, at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 24 in the 200 block of W. Janss Road; a male, 53, at 8:45 p.m. Jan. 24 at Avenida de Los Arboles and Moorpark Road; a male, 40, at 8:50 p.m. Jan. 24 at Avenida de Los Arboles and Moorpark Road; and a male, 40, at 10:53 a.m. Jan. 26 at Olsen Road and Calle Contento.

A male, 20, was arrested on charges of street terrorism, felony vandalism (gang graffiti) and possessing marijuana at 11:39 p.m. Jan. 23 at the south end of Sheffield Place.

A female, 32, allegedly hit someone with her hand and she was arrested and charged with battery at 1:32 a.m. Jan. 25 in the 200 block of Moorpark Road.

A male, 21, was arrested for allegedly committing battery and petty theft with priors at 9:15 p.m. Jan. 24 in the 400 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 18, was arrested and charged with possession of a deadly weapon (a 14-inch steel pipe), felony graffiti vandalism and street terrorism at 5:55 p.m. Jan .25 in the 2000 block of Los Feliz Drive.

A female, 23, was arrested and charged with burglarizing a vehicle at 11:45 a.m. Jan. 26 at East Valley Sheriff's Station. According to police, the subject's blood was located inside a vehicle that had been burglarized July 3, 2007, in the 600 block of Warwick Avenue, and her DNA matched the sample in the car.

A burglar stole cash on Jan. 20 or 21 in the 100 block of Hillranch Drive.

For driving with an open container of alcohol, a male, 20, was cited at 9:19 p.m. Jan. 24 in the 1300 block of Janss Road.

A female, 19, was cited for possessing medication without a prescription at 7:05 p.m. Jan. 23 in the 700 block of Avenida de Las Flores. On an allegation of a similar offense, a female, 28, was cited at 7:35 p.m. Jan. 24 in the 700 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Charged with fighting in public, a male, 22, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. Jan. 23 in the 400 block of Oak Tree Lane.

A male, 20, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana at 6:15 p.m. Jan. 28 in the 200 block of Lombard Street.

For violating his probation as a documented gang member, a male, 18, was cited at 5:10 p.m. Jan. 22 in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue.

On a charge of selling magazines door-to-door without a permit, a male, 23, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. Jan. 25 in the 1900 block of Laurelwood Drive. The subject also allegedly lied to customers, teling them he needed money so a baseball team could go to the finals.

A male, 32, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace at 11:15 p.m. Jan. 23 in the 400 block of Oaktree Lane.

A female, 23, was arrested and charged with shoplifting at 4:25 p.m. Jan. 24 in the 100 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

For alleged involvement in a hit-and-run accident, a male, 19, was cited at 4:30 p.m. Jan. 27 on Los Feliz Drive and Skyline Drive.

A home was burglarized between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Jan. 26 in the 2700 block of Irongate Place.

A home was burglarized between Dec. 27 and Jan. 27 in the 100 block of Maegan Place.

A burglar stole property from a commercial construction site on Jan. 15 or 16 in the 100 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A grand theft occurred between Jan. 9 and 12 in the 1700 block of Tamarack Street.

Property was stolen from a business between Jan. 12 and 26 in the 2200 block of Portola Lane.

Someone scratched paint off a car ($2,000 in damage) on Jan. 25 or 26 in the 1700 block of Shadybrook Drive.

Gang graffiti caused damage to a vehicle and trash bin next to a store in the at 1600 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard between Jan. 20 and 22.

Gang graffiti was discovered at various locations on Jan. 23 near the eastbound 23 Freeway, including a sound wall between Avenida de Las Flores and Avenida de Los Arboles.

A shoplifter stole $71 worth of merchandise from Sears between 2:30 and 3 p.m. Jan. 24.

A vandal broke several windows of a vehicle between 7 and 8:30 a.m. Jan. 24 in the 400 block of Serento Circle. The damage estimate was $2,400.

A vehicle was vandalized on Jan. 5 or 6 in the 2600 block of Rikkard Drive.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: On Jan. 26 or 27 in the 200 block of Erbes Road (window smashed); between 10 and 10:30 a.m. Jan. 23 in the 2300 block of N. Moorpark Road (unlocked); and on Jan. 24 in the 200 block of Erbes Road.

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public: A female, 43, at 3:20 a.m. Jan. 23 in the first block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; and a female, 18, at 7:55 p.m. Jan. 26 in the 800 block of Hampshire Road.

The following subjects were cited for possession of marijuana: A male, 18, at 12:20 a.m. Jan. 29 at Oak Hills Drive and Vista Dorado Lane; a male, 20, at 5:10 p.m. Jan. 22 in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue; and a male, 26, at 7:35 p.m. Jan. 24 in the 700 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

For drinking in public, the following subjects were cited: A male, 45, at 10:05 p.m. Jan. 23 in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue; a male, 25, at 9:55 p.m. Jan. 23 in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue; and a male, 41, at 8:52 p.m. Jan. 25 in the 700 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
