Am I the only person in Newbury Park who was thrilled to see the Costco bulldozers leave?

Am I the only one who misses bright stars in the sky and horses off the Wendy exit?

If anyone thinks that they need a Costco on every corner, look around; the mega-mart stores of America ruin the character of our community. We do not benefit.

Why such a fuss about Home Depot in Westlake, then full support of Costco in Newbury Park?

I guess it depends on who's your neighbor.
