The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: A male, 23, at 10 a.m. Jan. 20 in the 3200 block of Camino Calandria (subject was involved in a traffic accident); a male, 30, at 2:45 a.m. Jan. 17 at the southbound 101 Freeway and the northbound 23 Freeway; a female, 30, at 3:36 a.m. Jan. 18 in the 1600 block of La Granada Drive; and a male, 35, at 2:45 a.m. Jan. 23 at the southbound 101 Freeway and northbound 23 Freeway.

On suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: A male, 37, at 8:55 a.m. Jan. 20 in the 2000 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles; a male, 48, at 10:45 a.m. Jan. 17 at Hodencamp Road and Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a male, 19, at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 16 at Avenida de Las Plantas and Avenida de Los Arboles; a male, 47, at 1:58 a.m. Jan. 16 in the 800 block of Wildwood Avenue (subject allegedly possessed 2 grams of a substance believed to cocaine); a male, 28, and a female, 25, at 1:58 a.m. Jan. 16 in the 800 block of Wildwood Avenue; a male, 21, at 5:20 p.m. Jan. 16 at Avenida de Las Plantas and Avenida de Los Arboles (subject allegedly possessed a baggie of a substance believed to be cocaine); a female, 32, at 6 p.m. Jan. 16 in the 2800 block of Calle Quebracho; a female, 43, at 9:25 a.m. Jan . 17 in the 600 block of Shadow Lake Drive; a male, 48, at 12:10 p.m. Jan. 21 in the 600 block of Avenida de La Plata (subject allegedly possessed drug paraphernalia); a male, 42, at 1:25 p.m. Jan. 14 in the 1400 block of Kirk Avenue (subject allegedly possessed a glass smoking pipe); and a female, 25, at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 14 in the 1400 block of Kirk Avenue.

A male, 24, allegedly used a deadly weapon to strike a person in the head, and he was arrested at 9:15 a.m. Jan. 16 in the 2800 block of Camino Dos Rios. The crime allegedly occurred at 7:43 p.m. Jan. 15 in the 300 block of N. Moorpark Road.

For allegedly battering his girlfriend, a male, 41, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Jan. 17 at Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Rancho Road.

A male, 36, allegedly restrained a woman before grabbing her breasts and buttocks around 12:30 p.m. Jan. 6 in the 500 block of Villa Colinas. The subject was charged with sexual battery and arrested at 6 p.m. Jan. 15 at East Valley Sheriff's Station.

A female, 29, was cited for allegedly committing battery at 10:22 a.m. Jan. 17 in the 200 block of Houston Drive.

For violating a family court order, a female, 47, was cited at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 22 in the 600 block of Shadow Lake Drive.

A female, 18, was cited at 3 p.m. Dec. 30 at East Valley Sheriff's Station for stealing $12.50 in property from an open business. The crime allegedly occurred Nov. 11 in the first block of E. Wilbur Road.

On suspicion of stealing more than $400 from someone's wallet and possessing a false Social Security card and a false identification card used to gain employment, a male, 20, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. Jan. 17 in the 200 block of Erbes Road.

A male, 47, was cited for allegedly stealing water at 4 p.m. Jan. 13 in the 700 block of Brossard Drive.

For allegedly threatening to commit a crime, a male, 24, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 22 in the 1400 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A burglar attempted to break into the Oaks Center for Cosmetic Dentistry at 253 Lombard St. by removing a mail slot from a rear door and attempting to unlock the door between Jan. 16 and 18.

A female, 44, was cited for serving alcohol to a minor while working as a bartender at the Sunset Terrace Bar at 2 a.m. Jan. 17.

For possessing less than one ounce of marijuana, a male, 25, was cited at 7 p.m. Jan. 21 at Moorpark and Olsen roads.

Oaks Nail Spa at 140 W. Hillcrest Drive was burglarized on Jan .19 or 20. The total damage and loss of property was $1,000.

Property was stolen between 11 and 11:05 p.m. Jan. 16 at Keats Avenue and Avenida de Las Flores.

Grand theft occurred on Jan. 10 in the 2500 block of Willow Lane.

Property was stolen from a locked storage shed between Jan. 8 and 16 in the 600 block of Woodlawn Drive.

A burglar broke into Enrique's Mexican restaurant on E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard around 7 a.m. Jan. 16 and proceeded to ransack drawers without stealing anything.

A wallet was stolen around 11:30 a.m. Jan. 16 in the 2700 block of Agoura Road.

Vandals spray painted graffiti on a home between Jan. 1 and 14 in the 1400 block of Calle Tulipan.

Paint was removed with an abrasive substance from a vehicle ($3,000 in damage) at Enterprise Rent-a-Car at 3135 W. Sierra Drive between 1 and 8:30 a.m. Jan. 19.

Disturbing the peace— someone yelling obscenities—was reported around 4 p.m. Jan.15 in the 2000 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles.

A laptop computer was stolen at an undisclosed location on Globe Street on Oct. 1 or 2. The crime was recently reported.

Thieves stole more than $400 in property from B&B Auto Body at 3043 E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard between 8:30 and 11:30 a.m. Jan. 21.

A home burglary was attempted between Jan. 17 and 22 in the 1100 block of Landsburn Circle.

A thief attempted to pilfer money through trickery and deceit between Dec. 23 and Jan. 15 in the 1900 block of Smokewood Court.

A business was burglarized on Jan. 15 or 16 in the 800 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A burglar broke a glass door with the intent to steal property at Roxy's Deli on Jan. 15 or 16.

A vandal stole more than $400 in merchandise from Sears between 6:16 and 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 17.

Gang-related vandalism was reported at the Grant Brimhall/ Thousand Oaks Library on Jan. 16. The damage was $350.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: On Jan. 20 or 21 in the 1400 block of Thornhill Avenue (window broken); on Jan. 20 or 21 in the 700 block of St. Charles Drive (passenger window broken); on Jan. 15 or 16 in the first block of Teasdale Avenue (an anti-theft device was stolen); on Jan. 15 or 16 in the 300 block of Kevin Street; between 9:45 and 10 a.m. Jan. 16 in the tennis court parking lot of Wildflower Playfields; between 11:25 a.m. and noon in the 1500 block of Potrero Road (window broken); on Jan. 15 or 16 in the 200 block of Kevin Street; between 1:20 and 2 p.m. Jan. 17 in the 1600 block of W. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; and between 7:30 and 8:14 p.m. Jan. 19 in the 400 block of N. Moorpark Road (side window shattered).

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public: A male, 38, at 4:50 p.m. Jan .15 in the 2000 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles; a female, 40, at 10:15 p.m. Jan. 18 at Conejo Boulevard and Hillcrest Drive; and a female, 43, at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 21 in the 2100 block of E. Sierra Drive.

A male, 38, was cited for drinking a quart bottle of Miller Lite beer in public at 5:25 p.m. Jan. 17 in the 400 block of Pennsfield Place.
