Annual economic forecast scheduled

The Rotary Club of Thousand Oaks and the Thousand OaksWestlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce will present their annual economic forecast breakfast from 7 to 9 a.m. Fri., Feb. 6 at the Westlake Village Inn, 31943 Agoura Road, Westlake Village.

A panel of experts, including Kirk M. Lesh, M.A., of the University of California Santa Barbara, will discuss data for Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village.

Information will include the outlook of commercial and residential real estate, foreclosures, retail expectations and an overview of the investment world.

Prepaid reservations are $41 and are due by 2 p.m. Tues., Feb. 3. After that time, cost is $49.

Payment includes breakfast buffet, seminar and a copy of the 2009 Regional Economic Forecast booklet.
