Encouraged by five years of growth since opening in 2004, Aviara Real Estate of Westlake Village and is now offering traditional agent positions to qualified realtors.

The company has been successful establishing the only "agent owned" real estate brokerage in the area, and is now expanding the opportunities for good agents to join the ranks without a financial investment and without being on a team.
