Soccer club treasurer pleads guilty

Alan Olin, 47, former treasurer of the Conejo Valley Soccer Club, recently pleaded guilty to one felony count of grant theft and admitted that the theft exceeded $65,000.
Olin, while acting as treasurer, was accused of embezzling about $120,735 from the club between Dec. 23, 2002, and Nov. 13, 2007.
Olin's sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 24 at Ventura County Superior Court. He faces a maximum penalty of four years in state prison.
