Brown has more than 20 years of Ventura County real estate experience. Before affiliating with Prudential California Realty, he was the coowner and executive vice president of Brown Realtors, which had five residential resale offices and separate divisions for commercial, new homes and relocation. Brown's personal business philosophy is to provide the highest possible quality service to his clients. His ongoing commitment to excellence is demonstrated through his knowledge of real estate, integrity and a desire to achieve the top level of customer satisfaction on every transaction. He enjoys bringing sellers and buyers together in a winwin situation to enable them to accomplish their real estate goals.

In addition to being a real estate broker since 1977, Brown obtained his MBA with a finance emphasis at California Lutheran University in 2004. He continued his education by taking many courses in real estate and accounting. He believes his background in sales, management, accounting and finance enables him to deliver premier service to his clients in every step of a real estate transaction.

Brown and his wife, Elaine, raised their family in the Conejo Valley. Their children attended the local elementary, intermediate and high schools in the Conejo Valley Unified School District. Now grown, their son is a physician and their daughter works as an audit, and merger and acquisitions specialist. Mark and Elaine moved to Camarillo in 1998. They enjoy living in Ventura County with the many indoor and outdoor amenities the various cities provide in the area.
