     'WE'RE NO. 1'—The Thousand Oaks American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) Boys Under 12 All Star team survived cold winds to bring home the gold from the Simi Valley New Year's Tournament. The team finished first out of 16 teams, from as far away as Valencia and Pacific Palisades. Young leader
     ALREADY AN ACHIEVER- - Casey Levitt, 16, a junior at Westlake High School, enjoys history and government and will be attending the inauguration of President-elect Barack Obama next week. Casey participated in last summer's national Young Leaders Conference in Washington, D.C. She also serves on the national Youth Leadership Council. Casey plays on the Westlake High School varsity volleyball team and for the Santa Monica Beach Club. She also does volunteer work with National Charity League and is vice president of the Screen Actors Guild's Looking Ahead Program.
