IHOP will be offering a free stack of buttermilk pancakes from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Feb. 24, National Pancake Day. The chain of restaurants is hoping diners will donate what they otherwise would have paid, and proceeds will then go to local children's hospitals.
