Health Fair for veterans coming
      The third annual Veterans' Health and Resource Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sat., Aug. 23 at 1701 N. Lombard St., Oxnard. The fair will include free vision, diabetes and blood pressure screenings. More than 60 government and community agencies are expected to attend.
