Hagmans will host KCLU event

Larry and Maj Hagman will host a celebration in honor of KCLU from 2 to 5 p.m. Sat., May 31 at their Heaven Ranch in Ojai.

The gathering will allow guests to roam the grounds and meet other KCLU supporters.

Larry Hagman played J.R. Ewing on "Dallas" and Capt. Tony Nelson on "I Dream of Jeannie." He and his wife are involved in many civic and philanthropic activities.

KCLU is an award-winning National Public Radio station serving listeners in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties. It is a community service of California State University in Thousand Oaks and broadcasts in Ventura County on 88.3 FM and Santa Barbara County on 102.3 FM.

Tickets to the event are $150 and are partially tax-deductible.
