Parent Talk series ends with 'Kids Are Worth It'

Barbara Coloroso will present her lecture, "Kids Are Worth It: Give Your Child the Gift of Inner Discipline," from 7 to 9 p.m. Tues., May 20 at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1600 E. Hillcrest Road, Thousand Oaks.

The talk is the final installment of the yearlong Parent Talk lecture series presented by the Conejo Valley Adult School.

Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door, and can be purchased by calling (805) 492-8837. Series ticket discount purchase options are available for individual and couple tickets.

An additional session for teachers will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. Mon., May 19 at the Horizon Hills campus, 33 Greta St., Thousand Oaks.
