Documentary to be screened on Jewish matchmaking tradition

The Conejo Jewish Academy will screen "Match and Marry," a documentary about the tradition of Jewish matchmaking.

The film will be shown at 7:30 p.m. Mon., May 19 at the academy, 30345 Canwood St., Agoura Hills.

The film features stories of matchmaking, dating and marriage in the Orthodox Jewish community.

The movie was shot mainly in Brooklyn and Manhattan.

The director and producer of the film, Suzannah Warlick, will be present to host a questionand-answer session following the showing.

The film is appropriate for teens. The fee is $12 for prepaid reservations and $15 at the door.
