Ojai Art Center stages a classic rabbit tale

The Ojai Art Center Theater will present "The Velveteen Rabbit" beginning at 7 p.m. Fri., May 9 at the theater, 113 S. Montgomery St., Ojai.

The play is based on the 1922 story by Margery Williams about a shabby toy bunny who is beloved by his child.

Shows are at 7 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and at 2 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. The play runs through May 18.

Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors and students, and $5 for children under 12.
