It's a busy time of year at T.O.'s equestrian center
RACE TO THE FINISH- Thousand Oaks resident Stacy Tanner races Storm, a quarter horse/paint cross, during the Altavia Baronial Equestrian Championship at the Thousand Oaks Equestrian Center last Sunday. The facility on Avenida de Las Flores, just west of the 23 Freeway overpass, has been busy the last few weeks with several horse-related events.
