Oaks Christian plans black tie dinner, auction

Oaks Christian School will have its eighth annual dinner auction, "One Child, One Dream," at 5:30 p.m. Sat., May 3 at the Four Seasons Hotel, 2 Dole Drive, Westlake Village.

The event will benefit the school's financial aid program, which supports 35 percent of the students.

Television personality Chris Harrison is master of ceremonies. The program is themed to tie in with the upcoming Summer Olympics. Former Olympians from the community are scheduled to attend.

Tickets are $175. Black tie is optional.
