Botanic garden holds poppy fest

The Conejo Valley Botanic Garden will hold their annual Matilija Poppy Festival from 1 to 5 p.m. Sun., May 18 in the nursery at 350 Gainsborough Road, Thousand Oaks.

The event will include guest speakers, tours, children's activities, a plant sale, free popcorn and more.
