BYU singers perform at high school

BYU Alumni Association will present the Brigham Young University Singers at 7:30 p.m. Fri., May 2 at Ventura High School, 2 N. Catalina St.

The choir's repertoire includes classics, international folk songs and Broadway show tunes. They have performed at Carnegie Hall and with the Tabernacle Choir.

The group will sing in honor of the late Ventura County Municipal Court judge John Hunter, an alumnus of Brigham Young University. All proceeds from the event will go to a scholarship fund for local students.

Tickets are $7.50 general admission.
