Writer lied about staying positive

This is in response to Tina Aschenbrenner's letter in the April 10 T.O. Acorn ("Let's keep it positive- - for once.")

It's interesting how you stated in your letter "I'm writing my letter completely free of complaints and negativity."

With that said, you couldn't hold yourself back from attacking President Bush, his administration and those on the right. If this is what you call being positive, I sure would hate to hear you being negative.

And to address what you wrote regarding "Big Brother" watching over us, I hope Big Brother keeps watching over us and protecting us so we won't get blown up again like on 9/11.

You don't want Big Brother watching over us, yet if the Democrats win the presidency, we'll have big government running our lives and taking us to death.

Thank goodness that we still have in place the Patriot Act and the Foreign Surveillance Bill to help protect us from terrorism.

If the liberals had it their way, both of these security measures would be gone.
