HOA laws will be discussed at library

Marjorie Murray will speak on "Homeowners associations: Rights and governance for millions of Californians" from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wed., April 23 at the Grant Brimhall/Thousand Oaks Library, 1401 E. Janss Road.

She'll cover the laws that protect members of homeowners associations and what legislation is needed to protect people from abuses by HOAs.
