Cops chase suspects on foot at mall
      Three men, David Pahua, 18, and Gabriel Delgado, 23, both of Thousand Oaks, and 20-year-old John Lomeli of Oxnard were stopped by authorities at 4:45 p.m. March 23 for a vehicle code violation regarding the car they were in, a 2001 BMW.
