A male, 44, was arrested and charged with battering a deputy at 5:24 p.m. March 6 in the 1100 block of Amberton Lane.

On suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, the following subjects were arrested at the times, dates and places indicated: A male, 27, at 1:35 a.m. March 9 in the 2700 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; a male, 46, at 11:42 p.m. March 12 in the 1300 block of Kimber Drive; a male, 21, at 2:02 a.m. March 11 in the 1500 block of Newbury Road; a male, 50, at 7:09 p.m. Feb. 24 in the 1700 block of Via Petirojo; and a male, 26, at Wendy Drive and the 101 Freeway at 3:22 a.m. March 10.

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances: A male, 22, at 3:03 a.m. March 17 at the intersection of Lynn Road and Maurice Drive; a male, 35, at 11 p.m. March 19 in the 600 block of Rancho Conejo Boulevard (subject allegedly possessed methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia); a female, 19, at 3:35 a.m. March 10 at Lynn Road and Felton Street (subject allegedly possessed a controlled substance and less than 28.5 grams of marijuana); a male, 52, at 8:45 p.m. March 13 in the 1500 block of Newbury Road (subject reportedly possessed a glass pipe with two clear plastic baggies filled with a white crystallike substance); a male, 44, at 6:45 p.m. March 14 at the Newbury Road connector; a male, 42, at 6:45 p.m. March 14 at the Newbury Road connector (subject allegedly possessed a glass pipe); a male, 40, at 9:55 p.m. March 14 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; a female, 44, at 9:55 p.m. March 14 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (subject allegedly was under the influence of methamphetamine and possessed cocaine); a male, 22, at 11:12 p.m. March 14 while driving northbound on the 101 Freeway south of Wendy Drive; a female, 29, at 11:36 a.m. March 11 in the 1500 block of Newbury Road (subject reportedly possessed medication without prescription and could not care for herself); a male, 40, at 6:35 p.m. March 12 in the 800 block of Verna Drive (subject allegedly possessed heroin and a glass smoking pipe); a male, 26, at 6:30 p.m. March 6 in the 600 block of Paseo Esmeralda; a female, 38, at 10:30 p.m. March 3 in the 2200 block of Hillcrest Drive; a female, 18, at 7:15 p.m. March 12 in the first block of Verna Avenue; a female, 46, at 6:40 p.m. in the 800 block of Verna Avenue (subject allegedly possessed a glass smoking pipe); a male, 36, at 8:10 p.m. March 13 in the 1200 block of Newbury Road; and a female, 22, at 9:48 a.m. Feb. 16 at Lynn Road and Susan Drive.

For possessing less than one ounce of marijuana, a male, 31, was cited at 1:04 a.m. March 12 at Wendy Drive and Old Conejo Road.

A male, 23, was cited for possessing less than one ounce of marijuana at 3:44 a.m. March 14 at Wendy Drive and Holloway Street.

On a charge of violating a domestic violence restraining order in the 800 block of Cypress Street, a male, 18, was arrested at 4:47 p.m. March 7 in Moorpark.

A female, 19, allegedly vandalized a person's vehicle with paint and sugar at 7:30 a.m. March 16 in the 4000 block of Barcelona Court.

For reportedly attempting to break into a vehicle, a male, 19, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. March 8 in the 800 block of Ballina Court.

A male, 33, was reportedly caught stealing a bicycle at 4 a.m. March 10 at Lesser and Dena drives.

On a shoplifting charge, a male, 27, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. March 18 in the 2700 block of Teller Road.

A male, 27, was reportedly caught stealing items from a business in the 1900 block of Newbury Road at 5:01 p.m. March 7.

A male, 20, was arrested on suspicion of committing assault with a deadly weapon on Feb. 28 in the 1700 block of Calle Turquesa.

For giving false identification to a police officer, a male, 18, was arrested and charged at 10:49 p.m. March 19 in the 600 block of Paseo Esmeralda.

A vandal took a concrete angel from someone's front yard and smashed its head and wing, leaving the rest of the statue in the street on March 14 in the 200 block of Maple Road.

Property was stolen on March 11 or 12 in the 1900 block of Chalon Street.

Tools and a toolbox valued at $4,730 were stolen between March 11 and 13 in the 2400 block of Teller Road.

A male, 60, allegedly gave a minor an alcoholic beverage at 7:05 p.m. March 7 in the 3300 block of Kimber Drive.

Property was vandalized on March 17 or 18 in the 4000 block of Barcelona Place.

A car in a driveway and other property were damaged the night of March 15 in the 600 block of Camino Del Sol.

Property on a front porch was stolen between noon and 2 p.m. March 17 in the 3200 block of Jessica Street.

A female, 19, was arrested and charged with shoplifting at 3 p.m. Feb. 27 in the 1900 block of Newbury Road.

For being drunk in public, a male, 59, was arrested and charged at 1:30 p.m. March 12 in the 2300 block of Borchard Road.

A male, 27, allegedly was a passenger in a stolen vehicle and provided police officers with a false name at 1:20 a.m. March 6 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive. A female, 27, was arrested and charged with stealing the vehicle and with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. A female, 25, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and receiving stolen property.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: On March 16 in the 1200 block of Ramona Drive; on March 16 on Ramona Drive, east of Windorse Drive; and on March 18 in the 900 block of Broadbeck Drive (window smashed).

A tailgate was stolen between March 10 and 17 in the 2200 block of Corporate Center Drive.

Thousand Oaks

A male, 47, was arrested and charged with possessing child pornography at 6:50 a.m. March 15 at East Valley Sheriff's Station.

On suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, the following subjects were arrested at the times, dates and places indicated: A male, 24, at 1:19 a.m. March 18 at Willow Lane and Conejo Ridge Road (reportedly involved in traffic collision); a male, 20, at 9 p.m. March 10 at Avenida de Los Arboles and Westlake Boulevard (subject was allegedly involved in a hitandrun collision); and a female, 52, at 10:45 p.m. March 8 at Hodencamp and Wilbur roads.

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances: A female, 45, at 7:30 p.m. March 15 in the 500 block of Avenida Del Platino; a male, 19, at 4:36 p.m. March 19 at Janss and Moorpark roads; a male, 24, at 3:22 a.m. March 15 in the 1400 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles; a male, 49, at 4:37 a.m. March 11 at Calle Pimento and Calle Limonero (subject reportedly possessed medication without a prescription); a male, 21, at 1:22 a.m. March 14 at Lynn Road and Camino Manzanas; a male, 30, at 4:40 a.m. March 10 at Westlake Boulevard and Potrero Road; a male, 22, at 11:40 p.m. Feb. 29 in the 200 block of Teasdale Street; a female, 29, at 10:55 a.m. March 5 at Los Feliz Drive and Conejo School Road (subject reportedly possessed an injection device); a male, 21, at 12:20 p.m. March 6 in the 1800 block of Fordham Avenue (subject was allegedly under the influence of heroin); a male, 40, at 10:56 p.m. March 7 in the 2800 block of Camino Dos Rios; and a male, 20, at 11:43 a.m. March 13 driving southbound on the 23 Freeway near Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 21, was reportedly observed using and possessing a substance believed to be cocaine at 1:16 a.m. March 10 in the 800 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 49, was arrested on a charge of possessing a substance believed to be methamphetamine at 11:46 p.m. March 14 in the 100 block of Hunt Circle.

On suspicion of possessing controlled substances and marijuana, a male, 30, was arrested at 2:04 a.m. March 18 at Sapra Street and La Granada Avenue.

On suspicion of possessing controlled substances and marijuana, a male, 18, was arrested at 11 a.m. Feb. 27 in the 2300 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Four males, between the ages of 19 and 20, were cited for possessing marijuana from 10:11 and 11 p.m. March 11 in the 1400 block of E. Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 59, was arrested and charged with stealing money from the Thousand Oaks High School football team's booster club between Nov. 29 and March 12.

In a gang-related incident, vandals placed graffiti on three locations at Aspen Elementary School between March 14 and 17.

A female, 40, allegedly attempted to harm someone with a weapon at 5:12 p.m. March 13 in the 700 block of Erbes Road.

A male, 45, allegedly battered his spouse resulting in trauma at 6:59 p.m. March 13 in the 3200 block of Sawtooth Court. A female, 38, was also cited for using her feet and hands to batter her spouse during the domestic dispute.

A male, 21, allegedly battered his ex-girlfriend, with whom he had a child and previously lived with, at 10 a.m. March 14 in the 3300 block of Stormcloud Street. The subject turned himself in at East Valley Sheriff's Station March 17.

In a gang-related incident, vandals caused $1,200 in damages to someone's car around 11:45 p.m. March 14 in the 400 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A female, 45, allegedly hit someone in the face with a metal pole at 9:13 p.m. March 13 in the 600 block of Hampshire Road.

A male, 34, allegedly pushed his girlfriend into a stair railing and caused injury at 11:13 p.m. March 19 in the 1800 block of Los Feliz Drive.

A male, 34, reportedly battered and injured a person at 5:21 p.m. March 8 in the 1800 block of Los Feliz Drive.

For allegations of beating his wife and children, a male, 40, was arrested at 9:08 p.m. March 16 in the 1800 block of Los Feliz Drive.

A male, 50, was arrested for allegedly battering his spouse by grabbing her head and causing a visible injury at 1:29 a.m. March 16 in the 1400 block of Norwich Avenue.

For allegedly battering her boyfriend, a female, 32, was cited at 11:13 p.m. March 19 in the 1800 block of Los Feliz Drive.

After allegedly being involved in a fight at Thousand Oaks High School, a male, 18, was cited at 9 a.m. March 12.

On charges of lane straddling and providing a false name and date of birth to avoid arrest, a male, 27, was arrested at 8:05 p.m. March 8 at Moorpark Road and the 101 Freeway.

A female, 38, was cited for selling alcohol to an 18-year-old at 6:40 p.m. March 7 in the 1700 block of Avenida de Los Arboles.

For selling magazines doortodoor without a permit, a female, 22 was arrested and charged at 2:19 p.m. March 13 in the 1900 block of Oberlin Avenue.

A car's back left window was smashed on March 13 in the 2600 block of Townsgate Road.

An unlocked passenger side front door was smashed between March 14 and 17 in the 1200 block of E. Hillcrest Drive.

The front passenger window of a car was broken on March 18 in the 300 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A female, 23, allegedly attempted to cash a forged check at 3:57 p.m. March 18 in the 100 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Property was damaged around midnight March 18 at four locations in the 1200 and 1300 blocks of Calle Almendro, including at Ladera Elementary School.

Property was damaged on March 18 in the 900, 1200 and 1300 blocks of Uppingham Drive.

A mailbox was knocked off on March 17 or 18 in the 1300 block of Calle Almendro.

A male, 19, allegedly took deposit money totaling $3,700 from someone's business between January and March 12 in the 500 block of Hillcrest Drive.

On a charge of petty theft, a male, 21, was arrested at 1:56 p.m. March 8 in the 1700 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Property was stolen from someone's bedroom between March 5 and 12 in the 600 block of W. Kendale Lane.

A male, 19, was recently arrested and charged with two daytime residential burglaries that occurred in the 800 block of Valley High Avenue on Feb. 26 and 27.

For allegedly providing false identification, a female, 51, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. March 11 in the 3900 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A vandal fired BB or pellet-type projectiles into a window on the early morning of March 15 in the 2600 block of Manchester Court.

A female, 49, was arrested on a charge of forgery March 12 in the 1200 block of Canyon Rim Circle.

For allegedly obstructing or intimidating business operators and customers at a restaurant, a male, 24, was arrested at 5:31 p.m. March 5 in the 2100 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 27, allegedly stole property at 5:12 p.m. March 8 in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road.

On suspicion of stealing more than $400 in merchandise, a female, 36, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. March 8 in the 500 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A burglary occurred around 3:30 p.m. March 15 in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A female reportedly attempted to obtain merchandise and money from a business by using false documents on March 11 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

For selling alcohol to a minor, a female, 58, was cited at 8:15 p.m. March 7 in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A female, 50, was recently arrested and charged with forgery and writing rubber checks in the 100 block of N. Lakeview Canyon Road.

For shoplifting, a female, 22, was arrested and charged at 2:42 p.m. March 7 in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A car was egged on March 15 in the 3300 block of Storm Cloud Street.

Vandals caused more than $400 in damage on March 15 or 16 in the 3200 block of Sawtooth Court.

Property was stolen between 4:30 and 4:50 a.m. in the 300 block of Conejo Ridge Avenue.

Two males, 38 and 18, were arrested and charged with scavenging through dumpsters and lack of proper identification at 10:45 a.m. March 6 at California Lutheran University.

A male, 40, was arrested and charged with domestic violence at 6:35 a.m. March 4 in the 600 block of Hampshire Road.

A male, 30, was arrested and charged with committing a lewd act with a child at 9:45 a.m. March 17 at Thousand Oaks and Westlake boulevards.

A male, 22, was arrested on a robbery charge at 1:17 p.m. Feb. 29 in the 3800 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 47, was arrested and charged with possessing child pornography at 6:50 a.m. March 15 at East Valley Sheriff's Station.

A female, 44, was arrested and charged with being a fugitive at 11:05 a.m. March 13 in the 2800 block of Camino Dos Rios.

A male, 19, was arrested and charged with burglary in Simi Valley on March 4 for a crime committed in the 600 block of Azalea Street in T.O.

A male, 18, was arrested and charged with burglary in Simi Valley on March 5 for a crime committed in the 600 block of Azalea Street in T.O.

For allegedly being drunk in public, the following subjects were arrested: A male, 23, at 10:03 p.m. March 17 in the 300 block of Avenida de Los Arboles; a male, 45, at 3 p.m. March 8 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; and a female, 38, at 9:31 p.m. March 9 in the 1300 block of Calle Violeta.

For drinking a 32-ounce glass bottle of King Cobra Premium Malt Liquor, a male, 51, was cited at 10:45 p.m. March 13 in the first block of Rancho Road.

A male, 23, was arrested for allegedly possessing several controlled substances and less than one ounce of marijuana at 12:28 a.m. March 18 in the 3800 block of Westlake Boulevard.

A female, 42, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a substance believed to be methamphetamine and possession of a smoking pipe at 2:20 p.m. March 6 in the 2000 block of Rosebay Street.

Property was damaged on March 14 or 15 in the 200 block of Via Colinas.
