Junk mail is arriving in more than the mailbox

At 10 a.m. this morning I found a flier from Arboles Care Tree Service on my front door step.

Then at 2 p.m. as I left to run errands, I noticed a flier from Gold's Gym hanging on my front door handle.

When I returned at 5 p.m., I found a plastic bag filled with rocks and a flier from Schmitz Landscape Maintenance that had been thrown in my driveway.

Enough!

I've had it up to here- - and my neighbors are giving me a thumbs up- - with unwanted advertising being left on my door, on my doorstep and in my driveway.

I don't usually find advertising from three different businesses in one day, but it does happen several times a week.

I searched the city of Thousand Oaks website, but all I find are references to unwanted junk mail advertising, and that's a different issue altogether.

Isn't there an ordinance that prevents businesses from littering my property with unwanted hand-delivered advertising? Linda Barclay Thousand Oaks
