Traffic initiative will be discussed

The Westlake Joint Board will discuss the Traffic Initiative--Measure B on the Thousand Oaks June ballot--at 7:30 p.m. Thurs., March 27 at North Ranch Community Center, 1400 N. Westlake Blvd.

Pro and con positions will be presented and a question-and-answer session will follow.
