Wiesenthal topic of film on Monday

The Conejo Jewish Academy will screen the documentary film "I Have Never Forgotten You- The Life and Legacy of Simon Wiesenthal" at 7:30 p.m. Mon., March 17 at the Westlake Village Cinema, 4711 Lakeview Canyon Road.

Wiesenthal, who was an architect before World War II, changed his life after the war and dedicated himself to trying to track down Nazi war criminals. During the war he was held prisoner in several Nazi camps. Eighty-nine of his relatives died in the Holocaust.

Wiesenthal spent more than 50 years hunting Nazi war criminals and speaking out against neo-Nazism and racism. Through his work, he said, some 1,100 Nazi war criminals were brought to justice.

Admission is $10, and prepurchase of tickets is recommended.
