Bands at the teen center will kick off spring break The Thousand Oaks Teen Center will host a "Kickoff to Spring Break" concert from 7 to 10 p.m. Sat., March 22 at the center, 1375 E. Janss Road. Scheduled are Drive A, JetStream and Blackout 101, all teen bands from Southern California. The show is for seventhand eighth-grade students only. Admission is $10 at the door.
