An hour will disappear on Sunday

It's that time of year again.

Daylight saving time begins at 2 a.m. Sun., March 9.

In previous years the change was in April, but last year it was moved to March. The time change begins on the second Sunday in March and ends the first Sunday in November.

Before you go to bed this Saturday be sure to move your clocks ahead one hour. The change saves evening energy consumption and provides more sunshine for leisure-time activities.
