Lang Ranch Elementary earns big in Vons program

Lang Ranch Elementary School PTA is one of the top 250 earning groups nationally in the recent Vons 10 percent Back To Schools Program.

As one of the top 250 groups, Lang Ranch Elementary PTA will earn an additional $1,000 from Vons.

The Vons 10 percent Back To Schools program allowed schools to earn 10 percent of sales from items purchased by school supporters from participating manufacturers this past summer.

Through the sixweek program, Lang Ranch Elementary School PTA earned a total of $3,448.83. The group plans to use the money to fund the school's physical education program.

Lang Ranch Elementary School PTA earns more than $28,000 annually on the eScrip program.
