Arrests made in Thousand Oaks following narcotics investigation

Three suspects were arrested at 4:30 p.m. Feb. 20 after authorities completed a onemonth investigation into alleged drug sales at a home in the 1100 block of Calle Margarita in Thousand Oaks.

Acting on a tip, investigators observed what they believed were sales of drugs at the home. A search warrant led to the discovery of 3 grams of cocaine and 11 grams of methamphetamine, according to police.

Two handguns were also confiscated. Marco Antonio Salazar, 27, was arrested on charges of felony possession of cocaine and methamphetamine for sale.

He was also cited on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and for possession of a firearm while allegedly committing a felony, and for possession of a gun with an altered serial number.

Two other suspects, Faustino Garcia Cabillo, 24, and Javier Arroyo Nieto, 33, were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
