On suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, a male, 23, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. Feb. 9 in the 500 block of N. Ventu Park Road.

A male, 27, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance at 12:45 p.m. Feb. 1 at the intersection of Wendy Drive and Lynn Road.

A male, 26, was arrested on charges of domestic violence and impersonating a police officer at 12:16 a.m. Feb. 12 in the 500 block of Avenida Del Platino.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: On Feb. 7 or 8 in the 3100 block of Alice Drive; between 4:45 and 5 a.m. Feb. 9 in the 100 block of Maynard Avenue (two unlocked vehicles); between 1:30 and 2 a.m. Feb. 11 in the 600 block of Rudman Drive; and after 6 p.m. Feb. 13 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (front window/door broken with unknown object).

Property was damaged and stolen between Feb. 9 and 12 in the 2000 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A thief stole a wallet from a victim around 5 p.m. Feb. 11 in the 1900 block of Newbury Road.

A vandal scratched the hood and both sides of a vehicle on the night of Feb. 6 in the first block of S. Rancho Road.

Gang-related graffiti was found in the 1700 block of Calle Diamonte on Feb. 9 or 10.

Property was stolen between Jan. 25 and 27 in the 1200 block of Ramona Drive. The crime was only recently reported.

Property was stolen from a vehicle on Feb. 7 or 8 in the 700 block of Rancho Road.

On suspicion of being drunk in public, a female, 44, was arrested at 4:54 p.m. Feb. 13 at Lesser and Spanish Gate drives.

Thousand Oaks

A female, 47, was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a child with force that produced bodily injury and led to death. The suspect was reportedly found intoxicated during an investigation of an abandoned vehicle at 8:28 p.m. Feb. 10 in the 2400 block of Los Feliz Drive.

A male, 23, was arrested on charges of attending an arranged meeting with a minor for the purpose of conducting sexual or other lewd acts at 6 p.m. Feb. 11 in the 400 block of W. Gainsborough Avenue.

A male, 38, was arrested on charges of willful harm or injury to a child involving female genital mutilation at 6:21 p.m. Feb. 7 at the intersection of Lakeview Canyon road and Vista Ridge Lane.

On suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, the following subjects were arrested at the times, dates and places indicated: A female, 40, at 10:54 p.m. Feb. 8 in the 1700 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a male, 30, at 10:36 a.m. Feb. 10 in the 1100 block of Calle Almendro; and a female, 60, at 8:49 p.m. Feb. 12 while driving south on Pierce Arrow Avenue at Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances: A male, 47, at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 8 at Avenida de Las Flores and Siesta Avenue (during pat down search, suspect, who was also arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, reportedly swallowed an unknown substance, and a struggle ensued); a female, 45, at 10:35 a.m. Feb. 7 in the 500 block of Avenida Del Platino (suspect was allegedly under the influence of methamphetamine); a male, 42, at 12:31 p.m. Feb. 9 in the 200 block of W. Janss Road; a male, 40, at 6:35 p.m. Feb. 9 at the intersection of Avenida de Las Flores and Moorpark Road; a female, 31, at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 9 at the intersection of Avenida de Las Flores and Moorpark Road; a male, 46, at 5:53 p.m. Feb. 12 in the 3900 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; and a male, 28, at 2:27 p.m. Feb. 12 at the center divider of the 23 Freeway near Avenida de Los Arboles.

A male, 31, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence at 3:50 p.m. Feb. 8 in the 800 block of Vinton Court.

Gang-related spray-painted graffiti caused more than $400 in damage on Feb. 9 or 10 in the 700 block of Puesta Del Sol.

Gang graffiti damaged property on Feb. 9 or 10 on the south side of Hillcrest Drive, between Avenida de La Plata and San Carlos Drive.

A thief took money and failed to perform the services for which he was hired between June 1, 2006 and Feb. 12 in the 3800 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

For possessing less than an ounce of marijuana, a male, 18, was cited and released at 9:18 a.m. Feb 8 at the intersection of Sirius and Arcturus streets. The suspect was also allegedly driving his vehicle recklessly in the area of Acorn Acres Park.

A male, 33, was cited for possessing less than an ounce of marijuana at the intersection of Moorpark Road and Rolling Oaks Drive at 4:44 p.m. Feb. 13.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: On Feb. 6 or 7 in the 3300 block of Monte Carlo Drive (rear side window smashed and purse stolen); on Feb. 7 or 8 in the first block of Marimar Street (driver's door window smashed and GPS system stolen); between 3 and 3:40 a.m. Feb. 8 in the 100 block of Columbia Road; on Feb. 8 in the 2400 block of Willow Lane (window broken); between 4:55 and 5 a.m. Feb. 9 in the 100 block of W. Avenida de Los Arboles; on Feb. 8 or 9 in the 3100 block of Goldhill Circle (window broken); on Feb. 8 or 9 in the 100 block of W. Avenida de Los Arboles (driver's side window smashed); on Feb. 8 or 9 in the 2000 block of McCrea Road; between Jan. 10 and Feb. 10 in the 1400 block of Windsor Drive (unlocked); on Feb. 11 or 12 in the first block of E. Avenida de Las Flores (driver's side window smashed and license plate sticker was removed); on Feb. 13 in the 200 block of Hillcrest Drive (window broken and portable GPS system removed); on Feb. 13 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (window broken); on Feb. 13 in the first block of Rolling Oaks Drive (windows broken on two vehicles); on Feb. 11 in the 2500 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard (driver's side window broken); on Feb. 11 in the 2100 block of N. Moorpark Road (unlocked); and on Feb. 9 or 10 in the 100 block of W. Avenida de Los Arboles.

A spare tire was stolen from under a vehicle on Feb. 7 or 8 in the 1100 block of Waverly Heights Drive.

A vandal caused more than $400 in damage to a vehicle on Feb. 6 or 7 in the 100 block of Memorial Parkway.

Two bicycles were stolen from the porch area of a home in the 2400 block of Vistawood Circle between Feb. 3 and 8.

A female, 40, was reportedly caught on surveillance video vandalizing a vehicle at 10:05 a.m. Feb. 8 in the first block of S. Rancho Road.

A male, 22, was arrested on suspicion of breaking the mirrors of two cars in the first block of Rolling Oaks Drive at 11:24 p.m. Feb. 13.

Property was damaged around 3:30 p.m. Feb. 7 in the 200 block of Gazania Court.

A male, 19, was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at 8:45 p.m. Feb. 13 in the 500 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

On charges of stealing about $2,000 worth in valuables, a male, 35, was arrested at 3:41 p.m. Feb. 8 in the 100 block of N. Conejo School Road.

A shoplifting attempt occurred around 2:23 p.m. Feb. 12 in the 300 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Property was stolen on Feb. 13 in the 500 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A known suspect vandalized three locations in the city with a paint marker between Feb. 5 and 12.

A necklace valued at $100 was stolen between Jan. 1 and 21 in the 3000 block of Blazing Star Drive. The crime was only recently reported.

Graffiti vandalism damaged property at Thousand Oaks High School on Feb. 11 or 12.

Vandals defaced property with a paint marker at two sites in the city between Nov. 21 and Jan. 16, but it was only recently reported.

Dogs were stolen on Feb. 9 in the 300 block of Sherwood Court.

Someone entered an unlocked dorm without permission in the 3200 block of Luther Avenue on Feb. 14.

Shoplifting was attempted around 1:30 p.m. Jan. 25 in the 1300 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Two males, 20 and 22, were arrested on charges of shoplifting at 9:10 p.m. Feb. 12 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Shoplifting occurred between 8:15 and 8:30 p.m. Feb. 12 in the 200 block of W Hillcrest Drive.

Shoplifting occurred around 1:20 p.m. Feb. 10 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A home was burglarized between Feb. 8 and 10 in the 2100 block of Los Feliz Drive.

On charges of lying about his identity, a male, 32, was arrested on Avenida de Las Flores, west of Moss Court at 10:20 a.m. Feb. 8.

A male, 20, was cited for throwing an object at a moving vehicle at the intersection of Kanan Road and Falling Star Avenue at 10:40 p.m. Feb. 11.

A metal pipe was broken off a wheelchair owned by Los Robles Hospital on Feb. 7.

A vandal used black spray paint to deface property at Westlake Hills Elementary School between Feb. 9 and 11.

A male, 25, was arrested on charges of using a weapon and force while attacking another person at 1:05 a.m. Feb. 9 in the 2800 block of Agoura Road.

A burglary occurred around 4:20 p.m. Feb. 8 in the 100 block of Duesenberg Drive.

A vandal scratched a driver's side door just after noon on Feb. 10 in the 2700 block of Agoura Road.
