Frustrated with real estate ads

It's always confused me as to why real estate ads don't always include the city the property is located in and whether it's a house or condo or townhome.

Oh, yeah, they say if the ad sounds interesting, then we'll call and find out more or have "our realtor" call us for more information and, maybe they'll pick up a buyer for another property, if not that one.

Yeah, yeah, I know; I had my commercial real estate license for over 20 years.

This lack of basic ad information is bugging me now because I'm going to be a buyer sometime soon, and now I'm just watching the ads should something really catch my eye.

But just in case any realtors reading this want to know: I do not ever call on an ad unless it states some basic info like what the property is and what city it is located in--period.

That's right; makes me think they'd catch more flies with sugar than by being mysterious and leaving this out.
