Quite an artist

HER POSTER IS NO. 1- Belinda Lai, 16, a junior at La Reina High School in Thousand Oaks, smiles with her poster. It was judged the best by a panel of educators and scientists. The work hightlights the theme of this year's Ventura County Science Fair, "Science in Our Lives." Belinda, who speaks three foreign languages and plays tennis and piano, is the daughter of Hector Lai and Diana Pang of Newbury Park.
