Thousand Oaks student to study in Italy

ON THEIR WAY OVERSEAS- Two Santa Barbara City College students, Amanda Milbourn of Thousand Oaks, second from left, and Isabela Campanelli, third from left, will be studying this spring in Florence, Italy, thanks to scholarships from the Italian Cultural Heritage Foundation (ICHF). The students are flanked by Gabriella Schooley, left, board president of ICHF, and John Romo, right, president of the city college. Milbourn graduated from TOHS in 2006.
