'R. Buckminster Fuller' comes to Rubicon Theatre

Rubicon Theatre Company is presenting "R. Buckminster Fuller: The History (and Mystery) of the Universe" through Sun., Feb 10 at the Rubicon Theatre, 1006 E. Main St. in Ventura.

The show, directed by D.W. Jacobs, is a portrait of 20thcentury architect, engineer and inventor R. Buckminster Fuller, who is known for creating the geodesic dome.

Fuller is played by character actor Joe Spano, who portrayed Lt. Harry Goldblume on the television drama "Hill Street Blues." He has also appeared in movies such as "Apollo 13," "American Graffiti" and "Hollywoodland."
