T.O. man, 22, arrested on robbery charges
      Roger Colbert, 22, of Thousand Oaks was arrested at 6:50 a.m. Sat., Feb. 2 for his alleged involvement in robbing another T.O. man, 30. According to police, the victim was approached by another male at 6:40 a.m. in the 1800 block of Los Feliz Drive.

Bogus rebates
      The Ventura County Sheriff's Department is warning residents to be aware of current scams promising tax rebates or other government refunds. Recently detectives became aware of an apparent scam in which the caller sought bank account information from a resident of Nyeland Acres.
