Church's women's conference will be this weekend
      Newbury Park First Christian Church will present its 2008 Women's Conference, "Life is Not a Dress Rehearsal," from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Fri., Feb. 8 and 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sat., Feb. 9. The conference will be at the church, 801 Knollwood Drive.

T.O. Jewish Center to offer Kabbalah and coffee program
      The Thousand Oaks Jewish Center hosts a four-week Kabbalah and coffee program on Tuesdays from 9 to 10 a.m. beginning Feb. 19 at the center, 2060 Avenida de Los Arboles, Ste. I, Thousand Oaks. Coffee, tea and snacks will be provided. A $5 donation is requested for each class.
