A GLORIOUS SIGHT RARELY SEEN--A rain-soaked 23 Freeway from the Sunset Hills overpass is the perfect vantage point to view a full rainbow during a shower that was laced with sunshine last Sunday. Our sunny days may be over soon; there's a chance of showers on Super Bowl Sunday.
