Court of honor in Westlake Village

SCOUTS ACHIEVE THE PINNACLE- Members of Scout Troop No. 745 in Westlake Village who have attained the highest rank of Eagle are, from left, Don Koch, Tim Koch, Andrew Parone and Scotty Barnum. They built benches and tables, landscaped a retreat center and re-thatched several tepees at the Chumash Interpretive Center. The Court of Honor ceremony took place recently at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church.
