Bank to move to new headquarters in Conejo Valley

First California Bank signed a 10-year lease agreement for a 22,000-square-foot office space in the Conejo Valley's newest office development, Westlake Park Place.

The company, which has 12 full-service bank branches and one loan production office serving Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura counties, will relocate its staff in Camarillo to the new office at 3057 Townsgate Road in Westlake Village.

Westlake Park Place includes eight office buildings totaling more than 450,000 square feet. Officials say the project should be completed in about three months.
