McClintock doesn't live here; why is he representing us?

Should the California Attorney General investigate state Sen. Tom McClintock for using an address of convenience?

Given the T.O. Acorn's recent article about McClintock not living in Thousand Oaks, the attorney general of the state of California should prosecute for fraud.

The city of San Francisco recently forced the resignation of Supervisor Ed Jew for a similar problem.

In the case of Ed Jew, he claimed a property owned by his father as his primary residence. Yet he actually lived outside the district he was representing.

In Tom McClintock's situation he is living in Sacramento and claiming his mother's home as an address of convenience.
