Volunteers needed to help wildlife care organization

The California Wildlife Center will provide free special volunteer training for the care and feeding of orphaned baby squirrels and opossums in the center's new Baby Care Unit.

The training is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sun., Jan. 27 at the center's hospital in Malibu.

Reservations are requested by today, Jan. 24 by calling (818) 222-2658 or e-mailing Volunteer @californiawildlifecenter.org. Driving directions will be given upon RSVP.
