City manager to address Toastmasters

Toastmaster Club TOTAL (Thousand Oaks Toastmasters at Lunch) invites the public to a meeting and lunch from noon to 1 p.m. Thurs., Jan. 31 in the Oak Room on the third level of the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd.

Scott Mitnick, city manager since May of 2005, will speak on "What is on the horizon for the city of Thousand Oaks."

Food for the meeting will be donated by 678 Catering. There's no admission charge.
