Girl Scouts offer cocoa, crafts to prospective members

Families are invited to join Girl Scouts of California's Central Coast for an evening of cocoa and crafts on Tues., Feb. 5 from 5 to 6:30 at the United Methodist Church of Westlake Village at 1049 S. Westlake Blvd.

Girls will have cocoa and make a craft while parents learn about the scouting program. Girls may join one of the new troops forming in Westlake Village and Oak Park.

The cost of the event is $12 for non-scouts, which includes the 2008 Girl Scout registration fee. Registered Girl Scouts may attend for $2.
