FUTURE ARTIST?— Westlake High School sophomore Phoebe Ng's artwork was judged the best by a panel of local educators and scientists from among 60 entries countywide. Phoebe's drawing, inspired by the 2009 Science Fair's theme, "Today's Dream is Tomorrow's Science," will be featured in posters, fliers and packets publicizing the 55th annual Ventura County Science Fair, which will be held March 24, 25 and 26 at Seaside Park in Ventura.
