The American Red Cross of Ventura County recently launched a new, upgraded website.

The site is user-friendly and contains information including free classes and programs, upcoming events, how to obtain firstaid kits, disaster preparedness and volunteer opportunities.

The website allows community members to make donations to the chapter online, and individuals can see how their donations are used by viewing the online chart listing specific dollar amounts and areas of contribution.
