Stephen Frank, publisher of CA Political News, will talk about "The Collapse of the Late, Great State of California" at 7 p.m. tonight at Du-Par's restaurant at Thousand Oaks Inn, 75 W. Thousand Oaks Blvd.

It begins with a no-host dinner at 6 p.m. The cost is the price of the dinner ordered by the attendee.
